The Sip is a family-friendly, pay-by-the-ounce self-serve taproom and wine lounge at 18801 Front St NE in downtown Poulsbo with 36 rotating taps featuring beer, wine, cider, kombucha, cold brew and craft sodas, a casual food menu, and on-site games including pinball, shuffleboard and arcade/board games—guests activate a tap card to sample or pour any amount, and the venue hosts regular events and live music, open daily 11:30am–9pm.
