Long version: UTAD. Ignore the center rollovers and standup targets. Just keep shooting the top to complete the three lanes and advance both the bonus X with sets of three, the saucer value with the center lane when lit [alternates on switches] and have the ball drop into the saucer on some of those shots. Skill Shot is the center lane, especially when lit to advance the saucer; it also lights the spinner. Key feed is the kickout from the saucer; find a way to get control, and on some games, you may have to nudge when it kicks to avoid either SDTM drains or having the ball fall to a slingshot.

The "Strikes and Spares" pinball machine, released by Bally in 1978, is a bowling-themed game designed by Gary Gayton with artwork by Kevin O'Connor. It features two flippers, three pop bumpers, a kick-out hole, a rollunder spinner, and ten star rollover buttons arranged in the shape of a bowling pin rack. This game was one of Bally's first solid-state machines, transitioning from electro-mechanical to electronic scoring.
