About
Dutch Pinball is a boutique pinball manufacturer founded in the Netherlands in 2013 by Barry Driessen and Jaap Nauta, focused on creating high-quality, modern pinball machines that combine innovative engineering with a deep respect for classic design; early projects such as Bride of Pinbot 2.0 showcased their ability to modernize legacy titles with new rules, improved audio and updated display animations, building the company’s reputation for thoughtful restorations and creative rule design. Their most prominent release, The Big Lebowski pinball, is a licensed adaptation of the Coen Brothers’ cult film whose prototype, detailed playfield and film-accurate artwork generated strong interest, but launches were hampered by production and manufacturing-partner issues that led to shipment delays and order disruptions. After reorganizing production and moving to a new assembly setup the company worked to fulfill outstanding orders in limited batches and staged a factory-warming as part of efforts to stabilize manufacturing and improve customer delivery. Today Dutch Pinball remains an active contributor to the boutique pinball scene, continuing licensed and restoration projects with an emphasis on detailed art, custom playfields, limited-production machines and ongoing refinement of manufacturing processes to uphold pinball craftsmanship and player experience.
